Privacy Policy

Ferix InfoTech operates Operator Attendance Monitoring to help organizations record operator attendance, work-area assignment, device registration, and GPS-based check-in/check-out events.

Information We Collect

• Operator profile details such as name, NID number, and mobile number.
• Device details such as device identifier, device name, platform, and app version.
• Attendance records including selected zone, circle, user ID, timestamps, and location coordinates.

How We Use Information

We use this information to authenticate mobile devices, assign work areas, record attendance, support operational monitoring, and maintain audit logs for authorized administrators.

Location Data

Location data is collected only when an operator records attendance actions such as check-in or check-out. The app does not collect continuous background location.

Data Sharing

Attendance data is used for internal monitoring and is not sold. Data may be shared only with authorized organizational administrators or when required by law.

Security

API access is protected with device tokens. Production deployments should use HTTPS, secure database credentials, restricted admin access, and regular backup controls.
